unifying product strategy and bringing distinct product capabilities together into
seamless, differentiated product experiences.

business, articulating and enhancing the unique value propositions of Revecore's
solution lines based on deep understanding of market trends, operational
opportunities, key internal metrics, and voice of customer.

Organize and drive the Product team to deliver against roadmaps and targeted
outcomes, collaborating with functional leads across engineering, operations, data,
and client success to ensure full realization of product investments.
Define and maintain best-practice product management methods, educating the
team in desired practices and creating a culture of critical thinking, organizational
excellence, and continuous improvement.

the product portfolio, balancing near-term revenue objectives with longer-term
strategic product development investments.
Build and develop a trusted, high-capability Product Management organization that
may include Product Managers, Analysts, Business Owners, and key matrix
stakeholders, hiring for gaps and investing in team growth.
Provide thought leadership to Product Managers when facing obstacles, develop
team members against their product areas, and invest in their continuous
improvement and career growth.
Champion a customer-centric culture, constantly questioning and testing
assumptions around customer needs, using data and voice of customer to drive
product decision-making and prioritization.
Manage and deliver product communications to internal project teams, executive
leadership, and corporate sponsors, ensuring transparency on roadmap progress,
trade-offs, and outcomes.
Drive cross-functional alignment and influence without authority across Operations,
Technology, Finance, and Client Success to ensure product initiatives are
understood, supported, and realized.
Champion a culture of measured risk-taking backed by data and strong hypotheses,
encouraging the team to identify root causes, uncover pockets of opportunity, and
build in rapidly changing environments.
Ensure the security and responsible handling of highly sensitive personal data
across all product development activities, maintaining data privacy and compliance
as a top priority.
Develop and deliver compelling executive-level presentations on product strategy,
roadmap progress, and business impact, communicating complex concepts in an
accessible and persuasive way for diverse audiences.
This document is not an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, skills, duties, requirements,
