  • Write discovery briefs and detailed product requirements.
  • Contribute to the development and documentation of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
  • Collaborate with product analysts to design, launch, and interpret A/B tests.
  • Manage communication and set clear expectations with internal stakeholders.
  • Foster an environment of acceptance and respect that strengthens relationships, and ensures authentic connections with colleagues, customers, and communities.
  • In addition to the essential duties mentioned above, other duties may be assigned.

Skills You Will Need

Analytical Thinking & Data-Driven Decisions – Ability to use data, analytics, KPIs, and A/B testing to inform product decisions, evaluate performance, and continuously optimize features and experiences.

Cross-Functional Collaboration – Proven ability to partner effectively with engineering, UX, analytics, and business teams to define, build, and launch product and platform capabilities.

Execution & Delivery Excellence – Strong execution skills with the ability to manage priorities, milestones, and dependencies in an agile environment while delivering measurable outcomes.

Problem Solving & Curiosity – Naturally curious and solutions-oriented, with a structured approach to root-cause analysis and comfort navigating ambiguity to solve complex problems.

Communication & Stakeholder Management – Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations and align teams around shared objectives.

Continuous Learning & Adaptability – Eagerness to learn industry trends, emerging technologies, and new methodologies, with a growth mindset focused on continuous improvement.

Who You Are

  • Candidates with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field are encouraged to apply.
  • Regularly required to sit, talk, hear; use hands/fingers to touch, handle, and feel. Occasionally required to move about the workplace and reach with hands and arms. Requires close vision.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule based on department and company needs.
