This position provides structured training in product management through several rotational assignments across different work settings. It helps build skills in forecasting, acquisition, pricing, and distribution. As a Product and Supply Analyst Trainee, you will perform the following duties:

• Rotational Training: Learn procedures and complete assignments in varied product management environments
• Product Coordination: Support buying and allocation activities for wine and spirits
• Performance Review: Evaluate product performance data to help guide decisions
• Staff Support: Assist staff with purchasing and marketing tasks for store products
• Pricing Assistance: Help develop recommendations for retail product pricing
• Skill Development: Collaborate with experienced professionals to strengthen knowledge for advancement

Upon successful completion of the Management Trainee Program, you will be promoted to a permanent Product and Supply Analyst.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

• Full-time employment
• Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.
• Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, up to four days a week, with a minimum of one day per week in the Northwest Office Building in Harrisburg. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time. QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree; or
• An equivalent combination of experience and training.
• Applicants will be considered to have met the educational requirements once they are within 3 months of graduating with a qualifying degree.

Other Requirements:

• You must pass a background investigation. An applicant with a felony conviction within the last ten years of their prospective date of employment is not permitted to work for the PLCB, per section 210(c) of the Pennsylvania Liquor Code.
