Work Environment

The work setting for this role is primarily onsite, where you will engage directly with patients in the comfort of their homes. This hands-on approach allows for personalized interaction and a tailored experience for each client. You will work Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring consistent and reliable support for your patients while balancing work-life commitments. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized physical therapy plans based on comprehensive assessments of each patient's orthopedic conditions, history, and recovery goals.
  • Conduct thorough evaluations, utilizing clinical testing techniques and functional assessments to determine patient needs and establish a clear treatment path.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to optimize functional outcomes and track recovery milestones.
  • Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals, including physicians and occupational therapists, to ensure a holistic approach to patient care and rehabilitation.
  • Educate patients and their families on injury prevention techniques, rehabilitation exercises, and self-care practices to promote sustained health improvements.
  • Engage in community outreach initiatives and educational workshops to raise awareness about orthopedic health and wellness.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at Resilience Physical Therapy, you will primarily work with patients recovering from a range of musculoskeletal injuries and surgeries. This includes but is not limited to sports injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, arthritis management, and mobility challenges due to neurological conditions. Your compassionate approach will help patients regain their physical abilities and enhance their overall quality of life.

Qualifications
  • A Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
  • An active state license as a Physical Therapist, ensuring compliance with all local regulatory standards.
  • A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in physical therapy, emphasizing hands-on treatment of orthopedic conditions.
