• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients by reviewing medical histories, performing a variety of assessments, and creating tailored treatment plans documented meticulously.

• Implement evidence-based treatment protocols based on individual patient assessments, adapting to their evolving health status and needs.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to enhance patient care, documenting any significant changes in patient conditions and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Oversee discharge planning and follow-up care, ensuring all documentation is accurate and completed in a timely manner to reflect the patient's treatment trajectory.
• Demonstrate effective time management to meet productivity expectations while maintaining a well-organized schedule.
• Actively engage in departmental and community outreach initiatives to enhance service accessibility and promote physical therapy awareness.
• Contribute towards achieving departmental goals while adhering to accreditation standards and government regulations.
• Exercise initiative in pursuing continuing education and professional development to enhance both personal competencies and organizational effectiveness.
• Serve as a clinical instructor, guiding students and new staff in best practices, protocols, and treatment methodologies.

• A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• A valid DPT license in the state of Florida is mandatory.
• Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association.

We prefer candidates with two years of experience in an outpatient setting, although we are open to considering candidates with a strong educational background and a genuine commitment to patient care. Experience as a clinical instructor is an asset but not a requirement.
