• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians to determine their physical therapy needs.
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans aimed at helping patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques and modalities to facilitate recovery, improve function, and alleviate pain.
• Document patient progress and outcomes meticulously, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational standards.
• Offer education and guidance to patients and their families about their treatment plan, expected outcomes, and home exercise programs.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service, fostering strong relationships with each patient to build trust and encourage patient engagement in their recovery journey.
• Work collaboratively with the broader healthcare team to coordinate care and maximize overall patient outcomes.
• Participate in continuous professional development and training, keeping abreast of the latest advancements in physical therapy.

At Amber's Physical Therapy LLC, you will be treating a diverse range of patients, including those with orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine conditions. Our practice caters to individuals recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions, allowing you to apply various therapeutic approaches to meet their unique needs. Our goal is to foster genuine connections with patients, enabling them to reclaim their functional abilities and improve their quality of life.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program (APTA or CAPTE approved).
• A valid state license in Physical Therapy to practice in Virginia.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with patients and colleagues.
• Proficient in using electronic health record systems and general computer applications necessary for documentation.
• A strong desire to build and maintain relationships within the community to enhance patient care.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist, with a strong background in outpatient settings.
• Experience working with a diverse patient demographic, particularly in the specialties listed above.
