Crestview Physical and Aquatic Therapy LLC is looking for a passionate and skilled Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join their growing team in Crestview, FL. Responsibilities:

Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to restore function and reduce pain

Administer physical and aquatic therapy treatments, exercises, and manual therapy techniques

Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed

Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and care teams to ensure comprehensive patient care

Requirements:

Active Florida Physical Therapist (PT) license in good standing
