• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients’ physical conditions, mobility, and functional abilities.
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans targeting each patient's specific goals and needs.
• Administer hands-on therapy techniques, including manual therapy and therapeutic exercises, utilizing modalities tailored to patient requirements.
• Educate patients and their families on home exercise regimens, injury prevention strategies, and lifestyle changes necessary for rehabilitation.
• Monitor patient progress meticulously, documenting updates and modifying treatment plans as necessary to enhance outcomes.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records in compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
• Stay abreast of advancements in physical therapy through continual learning and integrate new techniques into clinical practice.

• A Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• A valid and current Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida is mandatory.
• A minimum of three years of relevant experience in physical therapy or related fields is essential.
• Strong clinical skills, including assessment, treatment planning, and execution of various therapeutic techniques.
• Excellent communication capabilities to foster positive patient interactions and facilitate interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Ability to work independently while effectively contributing to a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• A strong commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care that enhances rehabilitation outcomes.

• Experience in specialized therapy areas such as sports rehabilitation, geriatric physical therapy, or pediatrics is advantageous but not required.
• Familiarity with advanced therapeutic modalities, such as ultrasound or electrical stimulation, is a plus.
• Prior experience in a collaborative healthcare setting will enhance the ability to work effectively with fellow healthcare professionals.

The Physical Therapist position offers a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plan options, and paid time off.
