Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patientsโ€™ physical conditions, mobility, and functional abilities.
  • Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans targeting each patient's specific goals and needs.
  • Administer hands-on therapy techniques, including manual therapy and therapeutic exercises, utilizing modalities tailored to patient requirements.
  • Educate patients and their families on home exercise regimens, injury prevention strategies, and lifestyle changes necessary for rehabilitation.
  • Monitor patient progress meticulously, documenting updates and modifying treatment plans as necessary to enhance outcomes.
  • Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records in compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
  • Stay abreast of advancements in physical therapy through continual learning and integrate new techniques into clinical practice.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
