We are hiring Entry Level Technicians to work on large-scale data center projects. No telecom experience? No problem. If you’re reliable, hardworking, and ready to learn, we’ll teach you the rest. This is a great opportunity to get into a growing industry with long-term career potential.

What You’ll Do

  • Pull and route cable throughout a data center
  • Help build and install equipment racks
  • Label and organize cables and hardware
  • Use basic tools (drills, hand tools, etc.)
  • Support experienced technicians on job sites
  • Work on your feet and stay active throughout the day

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience working in physical jobs (construction, warehouse, military, etc.)
  • Comfortable using tools and working with your hands
  • Able to work on ladders or lifts
  • Strong work ethic and good attitude
  • Reliable and shows up every day
  • You don’t need cabling experience — we will train you!!

Nice to Haves (not required)

  • Any cable or low voltage experience
  • Electrical or trade experience
  • OSHA 10 certification

Work Schedule

Typical: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Saturday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (as needed)

Average: 50–60 hours per week

Overtime and occasional mandatory OT required

Requirements

  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Must provide steel/composite toe boots
  • Must complete required pre-site training (OSHA 10, onboarding)

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
