Job description

Field Operations Supervisor

Position Overview: As the Field Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing the efficiency of our uniformed security operations. You will be responsible for managing a team of dedicated security professionals, implementing strategic initiatives, and ensuring the highest standards of service delivery. In this role you will be expected to visit all client locations in your area and to become well versed in the security operations as well as staying on top of the day to day. To accomplish this you will work on post weekly side by side with our officers and clients, a minimum of 16 hours weekly will be on post training and seeking improvement opportunities

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Leadership:

    • Provide strong leadership to the field operations team, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and uniform standards.
    • Oversee day-to-day operations, with on-call responsibility and after-hours scheduling.

Team Management:

    • Assist in the recruit, training, and develop security personnel to maintain a high level of competence and professionalism.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and implement corrective actions as necessary.

Training and Development:

    • You will become certified in: CPR/AED/First Aid, MAP (Verbal De-escalation), CRASE (Active Shooter).
    • Assist and ensure that all staff are thoroughly trained at all sites. Implement and improve site training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of security personnel.

  • Willingness to adhere to uniform standards (no facial piercings, no visible offensive tattoos, no facial hair except a mustache, hair pulled off collar)
