Emerging Talent Program (Entry-Level Hiring)

LX Pantos Americas is seeking highly motivated and driven entry-level talent to join our ETP(Emerging Talent Program).

A total of 16 new graduates / entry-level employees will be selected for this program.

Participants will complete a structured 1-year rotational program designed to provide hands-on exposure across multiple business functions, operational environments, and strategic projects within the organization.

The program is intended to develop future logistics and supply chain professionals through real-world experience, cross-functional collaboration, and direct involvement in key business initiatives across the Americas region.

Upon completion of the rotation program, participants will undergo a final performance and potential assessment, after which they will be placed into the department and role determined to be the best fit based on both organizational needs and individual strengths.



■ Program Overview

  • Total Hiring: 16 Entry-Level Positions
  • Program Duration: 1-Year Rotation Program
  • Location: Teaneck, NJ (Americas HQ)
  • Rotation assignments may include relocation depending on the course type and business needs. Housing assistance and relocation support will be provided for eligible assignments.

■ Rotation Program Structure

Throughout the 1-year program, participants will rotate across multiple teams and functions related to their selected course type.


The program may include:

  • Operational training and field exposure
  • Cross-functional project assignments
  • Mentorship and leadership guidance
  • Business reporting and analytics
  • Customer-facing experiences
  • Process improvement initiatives
  • Strategic business support assignments


At the conclusion of the program, participants will be evaluated based on overall performance, adaptability, leadership potential, and business fit prior to final department placement.

  • Bachelor’s Degree or other equivalent professional certifications/qualifications required
  • Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale preferred
  • Recent graduates or candidates with early-career experience preferred
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and team-oriented mindset
  • Interest in logistics, supply chain, and global business operations
