The Job: Scheduling Coordinator

We are currently recruiting an entry-level Executive Assistant to support senior leadership within a growing organization. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with people, staying organized, and helping keep day-to-day business operations running smoothly.

In this position, you'll serve as a key point of coordination between executives, internal teams, and external partners while helping manage schedules, communications, projects, and administrative priorities. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates looking to build professional experience while working closely with organizational leadership.


What You Will Be Doing as an Executive Assistant:

  • Coordinate appointments, schedules, and client communication
