Job description

Working Operations ManagerRole: Working Operations Manager (Startup Partner)

Type: Full-time / Hybrid (Field & Remote)

Location: North Metro

About the Role

We are a growing residential and commercial cleaning startup looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented leader to run our field operations. You will be the bedrock of our daily execution. In this role, you will lead by example: you will personally clean and perfect our initial client properties, set our quality standards, and step in as the ultimate backup if a cleaner misses a shift.

When you aren't in the field, you will run the operational dashboard—handling scheduling, managing supplies, and resolving client emergencies. This is a ground-floor opportunity with direct profit-sharing potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Field Leadership: Personally clean initial client properties to establish quality standards; physically train and audit incoming cleaning staff.

• Emergency Coverage: Act as the primary emergency backup to complete cleanings if a staff member calls out.

•Daily Operations: Manage employee schedules, coordinate supply inventory, and resolve lockouts or client complaints immediately.

• Business Growth: Conduct property walkthroughs, provide accurate quotes, and successfully onboard new clients.

What We Look For

• 2+ years of experience in professional cleaning, hospitality management, or field operations.

• Exceptional problem-solving skills; you stay calm when schedules shift or emergencies arise.

•Reliable transportation and a flexible mindset to handle field emergencies.

•Strong communication skills to manage both a remote cleaning team and premium client relationships.

Compensation & Benefits

We reward growth and loyalty. Your income scales directly with the business:

• Competitive base hourly pay for all field cleaning, training, and administrative hours.

• Client Retention Bonus: per/month for every recurring client kept past 3 months.

•Growth Commission: A percentage of the first month’s revenue for any new client you quote and onboard.

•Equity Incentive: Profit-sharing pool (2-year vesting schedule) for the right long-term partner.
