We are currently looking for Administrative Support for our Fuel Operations team. This is an entry level position that offers on the job training for the right candidate. This position is located at our corporate office located in Marion, Indiana.

The Administrative Support to Fuel Operations office will support the fuel department by:

  • Assist with managing fuel inventory levels, fuel ordering and receiving
  • Purchasing and sales support
  • Warehouse experience
  • Schedule and dispatch fuel deliveries
  • Create and analyze data reports
  • Monitor retail pricing and adjust based on market
  • Data Entry 

We are looking for candidates that are:

  • Associate's degree in accounting, finance or business administration. Will review work history in lieu of degree.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft products.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Fuel compliance and environmental knowledge
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
