ProSync is seeking a passionate Operations Analyst III to apply mathematical, scientific, and engineering methods to improve organizational efficiency, resource allocation, and operational planning. This role supports large, complex organizations by developing analytical models, forecasting performance, and evaluating strategies that optimize operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The Operations Analyst III provides operational analysis supporting a U.S. Navy customer with advanced modeling, evaluations, and mission analysis.
  • Apply operations research techniques to improve coordination and management of organizational resources.
  • Analyze issues related to strategy, planning, forecasting, scheduling, supply chain management, and performance measurement.
  • Gather operational data and select appropriate analytical techniques such as simulation, linear programming, dynamic programming, or stochastic modeling.
  • Develop mathematical models to describe systems and evaluate alternative scenarios.
  • Provide recommendations based on analytical findings to support government decision-making.
  • Prepare senior-level briefings and analytic reports.
  • Mentor junior analysts.

Requirements
  • 10+ years of operations research experience.
  • Experience with Navy-based operations is preferred.
  • A minimum Secret security clearance or higher is required to be considered for this position.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
  • A Master's degree or higher in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or related technical field.
