Position Summary:
The Operations Analyst supports manufacturing operations by maintaining operational systems, improving functional business processes, and developing practical reporting and digital tools that strengthen daily execution, training visibility, and operational follow-up. This entry-level role supports L2L and related operations systems, assists with dashboards and KPI reporting, documents standard work, and helps convert manual processes into more reliable digital workflows. The position is intended for a developing analyst with strong attention to detail, basic computer skills, and interest in data analytics, manufacturing systems, and continuous improvement. As capability develops, the Operations Analyst will learn to build Power Automate flows, Power Apps, dashboards, and related digital tools that reduce manual work, improve process consistency, and increase operational visibility.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to learn operational systems, reporting tools, and standard work processes
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documented procedures
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage assigned tasks, meet deadlines, and escalate issues when support is needed

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Industrial Technology, or related field

  • Assist with dashboards, reports, scorecards, and KPI tracking to improve operational visibility and leadership follow-up: 25%
  • Document processes, maintain standard work, and support data accuracy checks for operations systems, reports, and digital tools: 15%

Skills and Abilities:
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when working with data, reports, and documentation
