This role supports IT service delivery operations, focusing on improving IT service management processes and ensuring service quality using the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities

โ€ข Assist in managing and resolving incidents, including major incidents
โ€ข Analyze workflows and recommend process improvements
โ€ข Monitor service performance metrics and prepare reports

Required Skills & Experience
