Description
JOB TITLE: Information Systems Analyst I
SUMMARY:
Performs database development in assigned areas of the Frontier behavioral health CMHC/MIS architecture and acts as the database administrator for additional CMHC/MIS databases. Database development includes data element definition, screen I/O design, menu design, form design, report writing, and SQL interface database definition and mapping. Database administration includes import/export routines, database integrity audits, and security management.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Education: Associate's degree in computer science preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
Licensure: N/A Certification: N/A
Experience: Experience in database design and HTML development preferred.
Knowledge/Skills:
Knowledgeable in hardware/software design and functions.
Knowledgeable in database design and HTML development.
Skilled in all major computer applications (Microsoft Office) Verbal/written communication skills.
EQUIPMENT: Computer, fax, copier and any other equipment required to perform the functions of the position.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Process data reporting for internal and external needs 2. Verify data integrity.
3. Level 2 support for company software systems in use (Office, Windows, Electronic Health Record Software "EHR", etc.)
4. Assist in maintaining and configuration of end user software systems using entry level tools or applications.
5. Basic reporting using entry level tools
6. Testing of in-house development
7. Test of EHR patches and functionality.
8. Attend and participate in regularly scheduled staff meetings and in-services and individual program planning staffings as needed.
9. All other duties as assigned.
