If you're passionate about sales, strategic growth, and business innovation and thrive on creating impactful relationships, this role is your next career step. We're looking for a true sales maverick with a collaborative mindset, and a vision to empower others in their journey to success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Target & Empower Coaches: You will build your portfolio of coaches by scouting, reaching out, pitching, and convincing them to partner with Lenus.
  • Guiding Health Coaches: Manage and support a portfolio of 15-20 health and fitness coaches, helping them grow their businesses sustainably and positively impact their clients' lives.
  • Enabling Business Growth: Collaborate on strategies that blend innovative marketing, smart sales tactics, and tailored business development initiatives to enhance our coaches' impact.

  • Ensuring Quality Excellence: Coordinate and manage projects precisely, participate in key meetings, and deliver exceptional service in line with Lenus's commitment to quality.

Qualifications

  • Digital and Social Media Enthusiast: Experience in social media marketing is a huge plus but not required; we'll help you grow these skills!
  • Sales and Growth Advocate: 1-2 years of experience in sales, account management, and business development.
  • Collaborative Innovator: You approach challenges with creativity and teamwork, thinking like a co-founder invested in your partners' success.
  • Exceptional Relationship Builder: You thrive in creating connections and fostering partnerships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English is required, Spanish is a huge plus.

We encourage you to apply even if you don't tick all the boxes!

The Team

Join our dynamic Miami Key Account Management team, where you'll collaborate with a driven group of professionals including a dedicated Team Lead and experienced Senior Key Account Managers. Together, we are passionate about helping online coaches grow and scale their businesses.

You'll work cross-functionally with our Inbound Sales, Branding, and Paid Marketing teams to create impactful strategies and deliver exceptional results. With access to a wealth of knowledge and mentorship from seasoned Key Account Managers, this is your chance to make a tangible difference while advancing your career in an inspiring and supportive environment.

Benefits & Perks

  • A central role in a hyper-relevant scale-up company in one of the world's fastest growing industries: online health and fitness.
  • $64,000 + uncapped commission - your effort, strategy, and results directly shape your success and income.
  • Opportunity to be awarded equity and share in Lenus' long-term growth and success.
  • Regular team gatherings and monthly social events across all our offices, plus company-wide celebrations.
  • Development feedback cycle with check-ins.
  • Our offices are set up with fruits, snack bars, and a selection of drinks for daily snacks and fuel.
  • A Macbook and other hardware to support you in your daily work.
  • Comprehensive Health Insurance.
  • Unlimited PTO and sick leave.
  • Parental leave policy.
