Job description

MOD Dentist is looking for an experienced, detail-oriented Registered Dental Assistant to join our growing team.

We are a modern startup private practice focused on high-quality restorative and cosmetic dentistry, and we are looking for someone who genuinely takes pride in their work, values attention to detail, and wants to grow with the office long term.

This is NOT an entry-level position. We are specifically seeking an experienced assistant who is confident clinically, efficient, organized, and committed to delivering excellent dentistry and patient care.

What We’re Looking For

  • Experienced RDA with strong chairside skills

  • Excellent temporary crown fabrication and adjustment

  • Experience with clear aligner workflows and attachment placement

  • Strong isolation and moisture control techniques

  • High-quality radiographs and CBCT experience

  • Comfortable assisting with crowns, fillings, extractions, implants, and cosmetic procedures

  • Dependable, proactive, and detail-oriented

  • Strong communication and patient care skills

  • Positive attitude and team mentality

Bonus Experience

  • Invisalign attachment placement

  • iTero scanning

Schedule
