Job description

Dental Assistant

We're looking for a Dental Assistant to join our clinical team and help our patients keep great oral health, backed by four amazing doctors and a genuinely great group of people to work alongside.

We run a tight, well-organized practice — clear systems, clear expectations, everyone knowing what's next — but it's also a place where the team actually likes each other. We laugh between patients, we back each other up, and we take pride in doing things right.

Schedule: We're open five days a week (Monday–Friday, 8–5), which means a steady, predictable routine — no evenings, no weekends, and no guessing what your week looks like.

Our office is fully remodeled with modern equipment, including 3D CBCT, digital radiography, a diode laser, iTero digital scanning, and 42" TVs in every operatory.

If you've got a positive attitude and solid chairside manner, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

  • Set up and break down patient rooms, and keep instruments and operatories sterilized
  • Assist with fillings, crowns, endo, ortho, oral surgery, and prosthodontics
  • Take diagnostic x-rays and digital/iTero scans
  • Support hygienists with new patient diagnostics and periodontal charting
  • Manage lab cases start to finish — impressions, shade matching, lab slips, tracking
  • Prep and place temporary crowns
  • Keep clinical notes and charting accurate and up to date
  • Help patients understand their treatment and feel comfortable in the chair

What We're Looking For

  • 1+ year of dental assisting experience
  • Comfortable with dental terminology and procedures
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and good at anticipating what's needed before it's asked
  • A team player with a genuine care for patients
  • EFDA certification a plus, not required
  • X-Ray certification preferred
  • Experience with Dentrix, iTero, and digital x-rays a plus

Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Monday–Friday, no weekends Location: In person
