Direct Patient Care: Lead the diagnostic and treatment planning process for orthodontic patients, ensuring the highest standards of clinical excellence.
Clinical Autonomy: Maintain full control over your clinical decisions, treatment protocols, and patient philosophy.
Advanced Technology: Utilize state-of-the-art tools, including iTero Scanners and VideaHealth AI, to provide advanced and efficient care.
Collaboration: Work alongside a multiple-person team and healthcare professionals to foster a seamless patient experience.
Compliance: Maintain strict patient confidentiality (HIPAA) and uphold all state and federal dental regulations.

Salary Range
Part-time $165,942 - $212,037 per year

Requirements
- Licensed dentist
- Orthodontic Residency
Education: DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental school.
Specialization: Completion of an accredited Orthodontic residency.
Licensure: Valid Dental License in the state of Wisconsin (or eligibility to obtain).
Certification: American Board of Orthodontics (ABO) certification.
Requirements: * Ability to travel overnight for training sessions once a month during the first year.
Completion of Tuberculosis (TB) testing prior to start date.
