What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Full Time iTero Specialist, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Full Time iTero Specialist, you need a solid understanding of dental scanning procedures, anatomy, and digital workflow integration, often supported by dental or orthodontic experience and relevant training. Proficiency with the iTero scanner, dental imaging software, and digital impression systems is typically required. Exceptional attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to educate and support both patients and dental teams set top performers apart. These skills ensure accurate digital impressions, seamless practice integration, and high patient satisfaction in modern dental environments.

Staying updated with the latest Itero software features and troubleshooting minor technical issues are also important aspects of the role. Collaborating closely with dentists, dental assistants, and lab technicians is essential for ensuring accurate results and a smooth patient experience.
