Are you a surgically driven Periodontist looking for an opportunity to practice beyond traditional periodontal procedures?

Our confidential, dentist-owned private group in Reno, Nevada is seeking an experienced Periodontist with advanced surgical capabilities to support an established internal referral network of Pediatric Dentists and high-producing General Dentists.

This opportunity is specifically designed for a Periodontist who is comfortable performing a broad scope of advanced surgical dentistryincluding complex implant placement, surgical extraction of fully impacted third molars, bone grafting, and IV sedation in-office.

You'll step into existing demand without having to build a referral network from scratch, beginning approximately 12 clinical days per month with the opportunity to expand as surgical volume grows.

• Established referrals from Pediatric Dentists and General Dentists within the organization
• Existing demand for advanced surgical procedures
• No need to develop a referral network from the ground up
• Ability to consolidate appropriate surgical cases into highly productive clinical days
• Significant opportunity to expand specialty services throughout the Reno market

This is not simply a traditional periodontal maintenance and implant position.

We are specifically seeking a Periodontist comfortable providing advanced procedures including, but not limited to:

• Complex Dental Implant Placement
• Surgical Extraction of Fully Impacted Third Molars
• Complex Surgical Extractions
• IV Sedation / In-Office Sedation
• Bone Grafting
• Ridge Augmentation
• Sinus Augmentation
• Socket Preservation
• Soft-Tissue Grafting
• Crown Lengthening
• Periodontal Surgery
• Full-Arch Implant Surgery
• Implant Complication Management
• Other Advanced Periodontal and Surgical Procedures

Candidates should have the appropriate training, experience, licensure, and sedation credentials necessary to perform these procedures independently.

• Collections-based compensation structure

For a surgically experienced Periodontist performing complex implants, impacted third molars, grafting, and sedation cases, these days are designed to support exceptionally strong production potential.

• Begin approximately 12 clinical days per month

You'll practice within established offices supported by experienced clinical and administrative teams.

The position will begin on a limited monthly schedule, but leadership views advanced surgical and periodontal services as an important area for continued growth.

The infrastructure and referral relationships are already in placethe objective is to find the right specialist to help build the service line.

• DDS/DMD
• Completion of an accredited Periodontics residency
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Periodontist preferred
• Nevada dental license or ability to obtain
• Appropriate Nevada sedation permit or ability to obtain
• Advanced implant surgery experience
• Demonstrated competency performing complex surgical extractions
• Experience extracting fully impacted third molars
• Experience administering IV sedation in an office-based environment
• Strong bone grafting and implant treatment-planning capabilities
• Excellent communication and patient-management skills
• Comfortable collaborating closely with Pediatric Dentists and General Dentists
• Interest in developing a long-term relationship with a growing private practice organization
