Job Summary:
Comscore, Inc. is pioneering the future of cross-platform media measurement, and they are seeking an IT Support Engineer to provide frontline technical support to employees. The role involves ensuring a seamless end-user experience across hardware, software, and workplace technology, including workstation lifecycle management and exceptional service for executive leadership.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Serve as the primary local IT support resource for workstation setup, deployment, and distribution
โ€ข Install, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot workstation operating systems, desktop hardware, and peripheral devices for both on-site and remote users
โ€ข Respond to user support requests, assess issues, and resolve technical problems efficiently and professionally
โ€ข Clearly communicate technical concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical users
โ€ข Support and participate in IT infrastructure and technology initiatives and projects
โ€ข Provide occasional whiteโ€‘glove IT support for executive leadership
โ€ข Maintain accurate asset tracking and documentation
โ€ข Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข 2โ€“3 years of experience in a Desktop Support or IT Support role, or an equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience
โ€ข Strong customer service skills with a professional, approachable, and solutions-oriented mindset
โ€ข Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and operate effectively with minimal supervision
