Responsibilities:
โ€ข Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 Support for various IT applications. Support Activities include: - Basic PC Hardware Support- Virtual Desktop/iPads/Printers/ IGELS/ Servers Support
โ€ข Access Request Handling
โ€ข Escalate issue to appropriate teams and follow up for closure
โ€ข Patching of windows workstation/server
โ€ข Windows server/workstation cyber security Management
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข Experience in Workstation and Basic Hardware Tier 1 and Tier 2 support
โ€ข Ready to work in evening/night shift and provide on-call support for critical production issues
โ€ข Excellent troubleshooting skills
