eTeam is a company seeking an IT Support professional. The main purpose of this role is to provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for various IT applications, including basic PC hardware support and managing access requests.
Responsibilities:
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 Support for various IT applications. Support Activities include: - Basic PC Hardware Support- Virtual Desktop/iPads/Printers/ IGELS/ Servers Support
• Access Request Handling
• Escalate issue to appropriate teams and follow up for closure
• Patching of windows workstation/server
• Windows server/workstation cyber security Management
Qualifications:
Required:
• Experience in Workstation and Basic Hardware Tier 1 and Tier 2 support
• Ready to work in evening/night shift and provide on-call support for critical production issues
• Excellent troubleshooting skills
• Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks
• Strong customer-service orientation
• Effective interpersonal and relationship-building skills
