Job Description
  • Receiving timecards and calculating hours to be paid while maintaining the accuracy of hours to be paid
  • Processing payroll including the time entry and verification, generating payroll checks and direct deposits.
  • Processing new hires, verifying onboarding packets for completion, creating employee records and data entry.
  • Updating employee records such as assignments, pay/bill rates, and termination.
  • Working with HR to ensure adherence to company and state policies.
  • Administers health and welfare plans, including enrollments, changes, and terminations.
  • Process required documents for payroll and insurance providers to ensure accurate record-keeping and deductions.
Qualifications
  • Bilingual English and Spanish (fluency required)
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience (preferred)
  • Experience preferred but not required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Excellent organizational skills, written and verbal communication skills
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Authorized to work lawfully in the United States
