We are seeking a Director of Human Resources to lead and execute people strategies that align with organizational goals while fostering a high-performing, inclusive environment.

In this highly visible leadership role, you will partner with executive leadership to drive HR strategy, oversee core people operations, ensure compliance, and support continued organizational growth. What You’ll Do:

  • Partner with executive leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Lead and mentor HR team members, supporting development and performance
  • Oversee employee relations matters, including investigations and conflict resolution
  • Design and manage performance management systems and review processes
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
