We are seeking an energetic,  professional and organized Human Resources Specialist to join our team in Kenner. In this role, you will serve as a support function within our HR department, performing recruitment, onboarding, and administrative HR functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to supporting our employees and organizational goals.

  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding of new employees
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements
  • Provide support to employees regarding HR policies, benefits, and workplace procedures in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies through proper documentation and record-keeping
  • Respond to employee inquiries and resolve HR-related issues in a timely and supportive manner
