Job Description

Addison Group is hiring on behalf of our client for an HR Analyst to support reporting, analytics, and data-driven HR operations. This role focuses on evaluating workforce data, supporting HR systems, and assisting with compensation and benefits reporting. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with HR data to support business decisions and improve internal processes.


Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, organize, and analyze HR data related to workforce trends, turnover, headcount, compensation, and benefits.
  • Develop and maintain recurring and ad hoc reports to support HR and business leadership.
  • Identify trends and provide insights to support process improvements and workforce planning efforts.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentations for HR stakeholders.
  • Support compensation and benefits reporting, including market benchmarking, salary analysis, and annual review support.
  • Assist with HR program administration through reporting, analysis, and data management.
  • Maintain employee data accuracy within HR systems and support system updates, testing, and reporting enhancements.
  • Partner with HR and internal teams to improve workflows and optimize reporting processes.
  • Assist with HR compliance activities by supporting audits, documentation, and data validation.
  • Support general HR reporting and ensure alignment with applicable employment regulations and internal policies.

Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in an HR Analyst, HR Specialist, HR Generalist, or similar HR role
  • Exposure to compensation and benefits administration and reporting preferred
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP functions
  • Experience working within an HRIS platform and generating reports
  • Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail
