Job Summary

The Temporary Part-Time Junior Recruiter will support the recruiting team with candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and administrative recruiting functions. This role is ideal for an entry-level recruiter or HR professional seeking to develop their recruiting skills while helping connect qualified candidates with employment opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Source candidates through job boards, social media platforms, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
  • Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and assess candidate qualifications.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Assist with reference checks, background screenings, and onboarding documentation.
  • Update and maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Prepare offer letters and other employment-related documents as needed.
  • Assist recruiters with recruitment campaigns and hiring initiatives.
  • Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
  • Provide administrative support to the recruiting and HR team.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to recruiting goals and projects.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Previous recruiting, customer service, administrative, or HR experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
