Our client is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead all aspects of HR, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, compliance, training, organizational development and workforce strategy. The Human Resources Manager will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership while balancing day to day HR operations with long term organizational planning. The ideal candidate is a hands on leader who can build strong relationships across the organization, drive accountability, and support a positive, high performing culture.
