Job description

As Senior Product Manager of Provider Learning & Engagement,you'lldefine the strategy and drive the delivery of howMDLive'sproviders onboard, develop, and stay engaged with the platform.You'llpartner with Product, Engineering, Design, Clinical Operations, and Compliance to ensure learning and adoption are built into the provider experience from the start. Andyou'lluse AI to personalize at scale, move faster, and raise the bar on what provider education looks like.

You'llreport directly to the Director of New Product Development & AI Strategy, with a path toward broader provider product strategy as the function scales. This role is for an L&D professional who is looking to think bigger andinnovate.

What You'll Own

  • Provider learning experience:Own the end-to-end learning and coaching experienceinside the provider portal, understanding how providers learn, what they need, and when they need it.

  • Provider readiness & onboarding:Own theentire provider onboarding experience,eliminatingfriction and reducing time-to-confident-care-delivery.

  • Ongoingengagement&tool adoption:Develop just-in-time resources,featureeducation, and continuous learning touchpoints that keep providers informed, capable, and connected toMDLive.

  • AI-powered content and operations:Identifyand implement AI tools that accelerate content creation, personalize learning experiences, and reduce manual work across the function.

  • Product collaboration:Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to shape provider portal capabilities-including AI-powered and agentic experiences-ensuring provider learning, adoption, and user experience are designed into the product from conception through launch.

  • Coaching & quality frameworks:Build the infrastructure for provider performance coaching and quality development, connecting learning outcomes to measurable clinical and business results.

What We're Looking For

Must-have:

  • High school diploma or GED required, bachelor's degree highly preferred
  • Strong human-centered design practice:you start with the user's problem, not the content solution
  • Experienced L&D professional witha track recordof building programs that move outcomes, not just completion rates.
  • Demonstrated AI fluency:you use AI tools in your daily work, you know when to apply them, andstaycurious aboutwhat'snext
  • Comfortable operating in product environments alongside engineers and designers. You know how to translate learning needs into product requirementsand ship features
  • Business acumen:you think in metrics, tie your work to outcomes, and can make the case for your decisions in a business context
  • Able tooperateautonomously at a senior level and influencecross-functionalteams, communicate strategy to senior leaders, and align diverse teams around product experience goals

Nice to have:

  • Experience in healthcare, telehealth, or provider-facing products
  • Knowledge of EHR, telehealth, or clinical workflow platforms
  • Instructional design credentials or formal HCD training
  • Experience with agentic AI tools or AI-powered content platforms
  • Background in coaching frameworks or clinical quality programs
  • Experience conducing user research or usability testing

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 113,200 - 188,600 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
