Job description

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, technically curious professional to join a growing operations team as a CRM Administrator. This is an entry-level to early-career opportunity for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of technology, customer experience, and data.

In this role, you’ll act as the first line of support for CRM users—helping troubleshoot issues, maintain data accuracy, and support day-to-day system operations. You’ll also get exposure to AI-powered tools and automation, playing a part in how technology is evolving within a call center environment.

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build technical and operational skills in a structured, fast-moving workplace.

  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Type: Contract to Hire
  • Pay: $24–$26/hour
  • Location: Jacksonville, FL 32218

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for CRM-related questions and basic troubleshooting
  • Support user setup, roles, and access within the CRM platform
  • Maintain data accuracy through routine audits and system checks
  • Assist with reporting and dashboards for operational updates
  • Monitor and support AI-driven tools, including chatbots and automated workflows
  • Help onboard new users and ensure proper CRM adoption
  • Partner with team members and agents to identify issues and improve workflows
  • Support continuous improvement efforts across CRM and related systems

What You Bring

Technical Skills:

  • Experience with any CRM system (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, etc.)
  • Basic reporting skills, including pulling data and building reports
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, filtering, basic formulas) and Word
  • General comfort with technology and a basic understanding of AI concepts (automation, chatbots, etc.)
  • Ability to learn new systems and tools quickly

Professional Experience:

  • 0–2+ years in CRM administration, operations, or a similar support role
  • Background in a call center or high-volume environment (preferred ~5 years exposure overall team environment)
  • Experience supporting users or acting as a first-level resource is a plus
