A Hospitality Aide's primary responsibility is to assist with non-nursing duties. Hospitality Aide's help create a pleasant environment for their residents through helpfulness and attentiveness, exemplifying commitment to our residents and to our mission.
Added Bonus: Considering your CNA license? In this position, you will have the opportunity to go through on-the-job training to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) via Bridges Health Academy.
Responsibilities and Purpose
  • Work with our team to provide a welcoming and friendly environment.
  • Assist with room moves, clothing identification, and other housekeeping duties.
  • Assist in answering the call lights and route to the proper caregiver.
  • Assist residents with comfort needs such as adjusting temperature, closing blinds, and moving personal items within reach
  • Assist in making unoccupied beds
  • Assist in resident activities
  • Assist resident with technology needs
  • Help visitors find their desired locations within the facility
  • Stock linen barrels

Requirements
  • Ability to pass criminal background check.
  • Ability to pass Post Offer/Pre-Employment Screen (for physical abilities).
  • Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility or Long Term Care environment preferred.
