Job description

Star Health is hiring an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to contact and screen candidates to determine if they meet the criteria for successful placement with a healthcare client. The Recruiter is expected to successfully fill positions by matching candidates to clients, thoroughly following through the process from prospecting to placement.
 
The Healthcare Recruiter will be required to do the following:
  • Speak with a high number of candidates each day as well as quickly evaluate candidate qualifications as they pertain to the available jobs we represent.
  • Call, email, and screen candidates, logging each activity as it occurs.
  • Provide candidates with job descriptions, follow the process for presentation of candidates to clients, schedule interviews, and place follow-up calls or emails.
  • Continuously work and communicate with both clients and candidates daily.
  • Attend all scheduled meetings.
