We are seeking a highly organized <\/span><\/span>Healthcare Account Manager <\/span><\/span><\/b>to work in our Brentwood, TN office. This position will assist our account operations throughout the nation.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

  •  Manage relationships with multiple customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and effective communication<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  •  Responsible for meeting metrics around encounters and growth in current accounts<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  •  Implement and oversee services for various behavioral health entities, including FSEDs, EDs, and Inpatient facilities<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  •  Provide workflow and technology education to the facility staff<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  •  Train physicians on the use of internal and customer\-specific external applications, providing support and guidance as needed<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  •  Review, update and manage physician schedules in coordination with customer needs to ensure appropriate coverage requirements are met<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  •  <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Serve as primary point of contact for physician inquiries\/needs and provide timely solutions<\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
  •  <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Approve, audit and review timesheets that physicians submit<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
    <\/li>\n
  •  Perform data analysis on patient volume at facilities and divisions, identifying gaps in service and making recommendations for improvement<\/span><\/span><\/span>

      • Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred. Will also consider healthcare administration, business, or a related field<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

      • 3\-5 years of experience in account management, healthcare, or a related field, preferably in behavioral health<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/li>\n
      • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships<\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
      • E<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>xcellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously<\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
      • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting, with experience using data visualization tools<\/span><\/span><\/span>
        <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n
      • Strong understanding of healthcare systems, processes, and regulations.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
