As we continue expanding our services into Alabama, we are looking for a motivated Account Executive to join our growing team.
Account Executive - Base Salary + Commission
The ideal candidate

  • has previous knowledge and/or the ability to learn quickly about the LTC medical industry, and is comfortable using technology

The main functions of the Account Executive are:
  • Retaining current accounts
  • Developing and growing new accounts throughout the assigned territory
  • Connecting and maintaining relationships with Corporate Management Companies

Position Details
TERRITORY: Dothan and Surrounding areas
  • Weekly review and strategy meetings with Business Development and Exec. Team
  • Routine traveling for face-to-face client visits within your territory. Some overnight travel is expected
  • Train and educate new LTC staff on MDB referral process and help improve LTC referral habits
  • Frequent correspondence by phone and email
  • Market and coordinate new lines of service in facilities
  • Perform service line reviews
  • Organize meetings, events, and other opportunities to make MDB's presence known to LTCs and related relationships in your territory
  • Daily use of our CRM (client relationship management) software
  • Communicate any client issues up the chain quickly
  • Other marketing/sales projects as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, business, or related fields
- Must maintain a current driver's license and able to travel
- Preferred experience of 2 years of communications/marketing experience
- Outstanding written communication and presentation skills
- Friendly, enthusiastic, and positive attitude
- Ability to learn CRM and other computer programs
- Detail-orientated with the ability to manage multiple projects at a time
- Independent, organized, and motivated to work
