Job description

Lighthouse Lab Services is working with an expanding laboratory located near Denver, CO. We are seeking a Molecular Technologist to join a high-complexity molecular laboratory focused on oncology diagnostics. This individual will perform blood-based molecular testing, maintain quality standards, and ensure accurate and timely results in a regulated laboratory environment.

Job Responsibilitie

  • Perform blood sample processing and separation of components
  • Conduct nucleic acid extraction and quality control assessment
  • Perform PCR and Whole Transcriptome Library Preparation protocols

  • Adhere to laboratory SOPs and quality standards

  • Perform routine instrument maintenance and QC

  • Maintain accurate documentation and technical records

  • Assist with assay validation and protocol optimization

  • Support accreditation and compliance initiatives (ISO15189/CLIA)

Preferred Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree or masters degree in Biology or Biotechnology
  • 1+ year of high complexity molecular diagnostics experience
  • MB(ASCP) preferred but not required.

Salary and Benefits:

  • 70-85k
  • 300 dollar stipend for benefits
