Job description

Position: Life Science Recruiter (Full-Time, On-site)

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for life sciences clients, from sourcing through placement.
  • Source, identify, screen, and qualify candidates for biotech, pharmaceutical, medical device, and related positions.
  • Partner with sales managers to understand client hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future openings.
  • Maintain candidate records and recruiting activity in Bullhorn CRM.
  • Develop strong relationships with candidates, clients, and internal teams while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred (Business Administration or related field).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, metrics-driven recruiting environment.
  • Previous recruiting, staffing, or sales experience is beneficial.
