 What you will be doing:

  • Performs data entry and problem solves using reports and computer system
  • Ensures that product repairs meet the standards of the customer
  • Monitors spare or repair part inventory; Performs cycle counts to ensure physical accuracy and reconcile problems; May operate forklift machinery for these tasks
  • Collects and records results of tests on products; Reports issues from testing
  • Performs SAP transactions

Requirements

  •  Associate’s degree in electronics and computer repair preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of bench work experience related to electronics or computer repair; and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Forklift experience preferred
  • Entry level Excel experience required
  •   Ability to collect technical data and input into database
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills that demonstrate a proven ability to develop relationships with a range of internal and external customers
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manual
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
