Onboarding Specialist (Entry-Level)

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Onboarding Specialist to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will help create a positive and seamless onboarding experience for new hires from offer acceptance through their first days of employment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-service focused, and enjoys working with people in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage new hire onboarding activities and scheduling.

  • Prepare onboarding documentation and ensure completion of required employment forms.

  • Facilitate new hire orientation sessions and answer employee questions.

  • Partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and department managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

  • Maintain employee records and update HR systems with accurate information.

  • Track onboarding progress and follow up on outstanding tasks or documentation.

  • Assist with employment verifications, background checks, and pre-employment requirements.

  • Support HR projects and administrative duties as assigned.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
