We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Business Analyst to join our team in New York, NY. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Assist in identifying business problems and process improvement opportunities.
  • Create and maintain documentation, including BRDs, functional requirements, process flows, and user stories.
  • Analyze business data using Microsoft Excel and SQL.
  • Assist in developing reports and dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.
  • Work with cross-functional teams, including business users, developers, and project managers.
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate business requirements.
  • Track requirements, issues, action items, and project deliverables.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders.
Required Skills
