Job description

The Warehouse Production Supervisor will oversee a large team in an order selecting warehouse environment. This role involves supervising day-to-day operations, driving process improvements, training team members, and reporting directly to the Department Manager. The position requires weekend availability and the ability to work until completion to meet production demands.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of a production team in the warehouse
  • Identify and implement process improvements to optimize workflow
  • Conduct training sessions to develop team skills and knowledge
  • Prepare and submit reports to the Department Manager on team performance and production metrics
