We are seeking a motivated and resourcefulRecruiterto join our People OpsDepartment.This is a hands-on, entry-level role where you'll do more than just fill seats; you'll be a culture champion, a talent scout, and a key driver of HR excellence. Reporting directly to the HR Manager, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of our team.

In this role, you'll perform the following tasks:

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting across platforms including LinkedIn,Indeed, and UKG.
  • Source and engage high-quality candidates through proactive outreach and networking.
  • Partner with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and align on hiring needs.
  • Conduct candidate screenings (phone, video, in-person) to assess skills and culture fit.
  • Maintain clear, consistent communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Support pre-employment processes (offer letters, background checks, onboarding coordination).
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles.
  • Identify creative sourcing strategies and stay ahead of recruiting trends.
  • Represent Controlled Holdings at career fairs and community events.
  • Ensure a seamless, high-quality onboarding experience for new hires.
  • Maintain accurate data in HR systems (UKG, Absorb LMS).
  • Deliver a "white-glove" candidate and stakeholder experience at every touchpoint.
