Job description

WE Developments is hiring an Entry-Level Marketing and Sales Assistant to join our growing team in Detroit, Michigan.


This opportunity is designed for motivated individuals who are beginning their careers, including recent graduates, entry-level candidates, and professionals transitioning into marketing or sales. No previous marketing or sales experience is required.


You will receive hands-on training while working directly with clients, supporting marketing campaigns, building customer relationships, and developing practical skills in sales, marketing, customer service, client relations, and business development.

Entry Level Marketing and Sales Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the coordination and execution of marketing and sales campaigns for local clients in Detroit
  • Meet and communicate with clients face-to-face to understand their needs and present appropriate solutions
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and clients
  • Support sales activities including proposals, follow-ups, scheduling, and progress tracking
  • Assist with customer acquisition, outreach, and promotional initiatives

  • Maintain accurate client and campaign records using internal systems
