We are seeking candidates to fill the position of Entry-level Civil Engineer for our Municipal team to serve a varied client base in either Cleveland or Dayton, Ohio. The successful candidate will possess a can-do attitude, have a passion for and take pride in their work, be a creative thinker, and have a willingness to collaborate while having the ability to work independently.
Salary Range: $70,000-87,000 based upon experience, certifications, and regional market standards.

CIVIL DESIGN ENGINEER ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Design all aspects of municipal and private engineering projects including sanitary sewers,
  • stormwater design, site plans, and minor roadway projects.
  • Use AutoCAD Civil 3D to develop concept plans, grading plans and site designs in conformance with client requirements and company standards.
  • Work closely with project managers to complete a variety of site civil design tasks.
  • Coordinate with survey crews.
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of the client's standards.
  • Desire to innovate and solve difficult problems from inception to final deliverable.
  • Other duties as assigned.

CIVIL DESIGN ENGINEER ESSENTIAL CREDENTIALS:
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D

Preferred Qualifications:
  • EIT
