Job description

  • Maintain clean, sanitary and organized work area
  • Prepare all food items, cold and hot, according to Chef's recipes and techniques
  • Complete meal prep activities before guests arrive, including chopping, stocking and storing back up items
  • Perform proper plating, including portions, temperatures, and garnishment
  • Must be able to communicate well with team members and supervisors in a potentially noisy environment
  • Must be able to multitask, prioritize in a fast paced environment. Stand for long periods of time. Lift, carry 25 lbs. or more
  • Assist with storage of ingredients for maintaining freshness, reducing waste, abide by food code regulations
  • Assist Chef with inventory
  • Clean/ sanitize work station, equipment, refrigerators, storage areas, and floors at the end of shift
  • Entry level welcome, previous kitchen experience and/or Servsafe certification is a plus. Training provided
