SFS is looking for a Business Process Analyst
Location: Washington DC, National GuardPosition Overview
SFS is seeking a Business Process Analyst to provide support to the National Guard Bureau. This role operates in a dynamic and evolving environment, requiring adaptability to shifting missions, priorities, and organizational structures. Experience working in a Military environment is preferred.
Overview
The Business Process Analyst will evaluate and improve workflows, systems, and processes supporting mission operations.
Responsibilities
  • Analyze and improve business processes and workflows
  • Develop and document SOPs and process improvements
  • Support system integration and process optimization
  • Provide recommendations to leadership

Qualifications
  • Experience in business or process analysis
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
